Welcome to ASH Innovations
We would like to introduce you to our all-new room heaters. They are efficient, safe, high performance heating systems that takes up no floor space and are built to last. The 1500 watt model is perfect for heating a bathroom which it can do in minutes and the 3000 watt, 2 speed model is perfect for heating larger rooms. They include digital thermostats that can be programmed to operate automatically. Check out the video below to see how they work. Thanks.
ROOM HEATER FEATURES
Our room heaters provide the following benefits:
They are controlled by a digital, programable thermostat that allows for automatic operation to provide maximum comfort and energy savings. The thermostat is separate from the heater so it provides accurate temperature control of the room and can be placed at eye level.
They increase efficiency and create an even temperature in the room by mixing the hot air from the heater with the coldest air near the floor instead of allowing it to drift up to the ceiling like other heaters. (See explanation below infrared images).
They take up no floor space and minimal wall space. They can safely be mounted closer to flammable materials than other heaters since all of the heat is directed to the middle of the room.
They include an air filter to keep the unit clean. The filter can be cleaned and reused.
They are safe near water since the electrical is contained inside the wall. The thermostat is only 24 volts and creates no shock hazard.
Installation is easy and requires no drywall repair or painting.
They provide energy savings:
Allows a space to be heated only when it’s occupied.
Allows the bedroom or bathroom to be heated to a higher temperature putting the heat where it is needed the most while operating the rest of the house at a lower temperature.
Allows for heating only one room for comfort when it is not cold enough to run the central heating system. This would be great for a bedroom installation.
The heater is built to last:
All parts are replaceable while the heater is in the wall and all parts will be readily available, so it only needs to be bought once and installed once.
The housing is galvanized so it will last for decades even in the steamiest bathroom.
Heating elements use corrosion resistant heating wires for a longer life.
The fan uses an internal rotor design for cool and quiet operation, minimal bearing loading and a very long life. The fans have been tested for thousands of hours with no failures.
We believe our products will last and stand behind them with a 3 year warranty.
INFRARED COMPARISON
The problem with most heaters is that the hot air travels up towards the ceiling after it leaves the heater and collects there. This can be seen in these infrared images. To get other heaters to heat an entire room, they must first heat the top of the room which wastes energy and makes you have to wait for the heat. This occurs because most heaters don’t effectively mix the hot and cold air allowing them to remain separate. The ASH Innovations room heater utilizes a powerful fan that blows the hot air across the floor where it can mix with the cold air creating a much larger volume of warm air. This creates a more even temperature throughout the room and keeps excessive amounts of heat from collecting near the ceiling where it eventually escapes into the attic.

MODELS
Model 1, 1500 watt, 120 volts:
Perfect size for a bathroom or smaller bedroom.
Uses a simple digital, programmable thermostat.
Model 2, 1500/3000 watt, 2 speed, 240 volts:
Perfect size for bedrooms, living rooms, garages or anywhere else you need heat. The high output makes it a great backup if your furnace fails.
Uses the same digital, programmable thermostat as the Model 1.
Has 2 heat levels and fan speeds. High speed is used to rapidly heat the room and then the low speed maintains the temperature so it stays quieter and doesn’t cycle as much.
It has as an electronically controlled fan that operates a little quieter (on low) than the Model 1.
Both models are the same size, have the same housings and covers and share many other components.
SPECIFICATIONS
Model 1:
Operates on a 120 volt (60 hz), 20 amp dedicated circuit and uses 13 amps.

The warranty is 3 years, which is longer than any other manufacturer.
The warranty only includes replacement parts and does include shipping.
Detailed troubleshooting procedure will be posted here so you can be sure you get the correct parts along with step by step replacement instructions.
FEATURES
WHY CHOOSE A BUILT-IN HEATER OVER A PLUG-IN HEATER?
The second leading cause of fires (after cooking) is from heaters, which is primarily from space heaters. The third leading cause of fires is electrical which occurs primarily at electrical receptacles.
Space heaters do contain safety features and are tested to be safe but still cause an extensive number of fires. Most people would think that if you keep the heater away from flammable materials that they would be safe. One problem that is often overlooked is the electrical receptacle itself along with undersized wires.
These infrared images were taken while I was making the infrared comparison images above. In the space heater image, you can see the heat coming off of the receptacle. I took these images below which show the temperature of the components during operation. All of the wires had the same amount of electricity flowing through them. Notice that the correct wire and wirenuts used for a permanent installation are only 5 degrees above the room temperature while the receptacle that supplies it is 120 degrees above the room temperature. In fact, the temperature inside the receptacle was over 300 degrees.
